Sometimes I want my photos or the subject I am capturing to be a bit more cinematic. To underline a more moviesque flavour, I am shooting xpan-format, choosable in some cameras. Although I am trying to keep my travels and carbon footprint limited, it is part of my job and especially needed when working and aiming to be successful in international conservation and research projects.
